1. Introduction
Welcome to Golf Travelers Club App presented by International Travelers Club Company, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "our", "us")!
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our mobile App Golf Travelers Club (collectively or individually the "Service") operated by International Travelers Club.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them.

3. Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics or other materials ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content belongs to you (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and licenses under these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone who infringes any copyrights.
You retain all of your rights in any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We are not responsible for the Content that you or any third parties post on or through the Service. However, by posting Content through the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such Content on and through the Service. Images that encourage the illegal or reckless use of weapons and dangerous objects, or encourage the purchase of firearms or ammunition.
Sexually explicit or pornographic material, defined by Webster's Dictionary as “explicit descriptions or depictions of genitals or acts intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings.”
Seditious religious comments or inaccurate or misleading quotes from religious texts.
Knowingly false or misleading information, including inaccurate location information or false content that appears to be a joke.
If you find inappropriate content, you can use the in-app feedback feature to alert us. If we find content inappropriate, we usually take action within 24 hours.
The Company will promptly remove objectionable content and exclude users posting objectionable content.
5. Prohibition of use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by providing them with inappropriate content or otherwise.
To transmit or cause to be sent any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam" or any other similar solicitations.
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee of the Company, another user, or any other person or entity.
In any way that violates the rights of others, or is in any way illegal, threatening, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
Take any other action that restricts or prevents anyone from using or enjoying the Service or that, in our opinion, may harm or offend the Company or users of the Service or hold them liable.

6. Prohibited use by minors
The Service is intended only for access and use by persons over the age of eighteen (18). You warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and that you have the full authority, right and capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with all terms and conditions. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you are only permitted to use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that the information you provide to us is accurate and current at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and PIN, including, but not limited to, restricting access to your smartphone/computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any activities that occur under your account on our Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, or a name that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate permission. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users) and features are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
9. Bug reports and feedback
You can provide us directly at info@golftravelclub.app information, bug feedback, improvement suggestions, ideas, problems, complaints and other issues related to our Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that:
1. You shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property rights or other rights or interests in the Feedback;
2. The company may have development ideas similar to reviews;

If you wish to delete your account, you may simply stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
